이니스프리의 호도(The Lake Isle of Innisfree)

나 일어나 이제 가리, 이니스프리로 가리.
거기 나뭇가지 엮어 진흙 바른 작은 오두막 짓고,
아홉 이랑 콩밭과 꿀벌통 하나
벌들이 윙윙대는 숲속에 나혼자 살으리.
거기서 얼마쯤 평화를 맛보리.
평화는 천천히 내리는 것.
아침의 베일로부터 귀뚜라미 우는 곳에 이르기까지.
한밤엔 온통 반짝이는 빛
한낮엔 보랏빛 환한 기색
저녁엔 홍방울새 날개 소리 가득한 곳.
나 일어나 이제 가리, 밤이나 낮이나
호숫가에 철썩이는 낮은 물결 소리 들리나니
한길 위에 서 있을 때나 회색포도 위에 서 있을 때면
내 마음 깊숙이 그 물결소리 들리네.

I will arise now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made:
Nine bean-rows will I have there, a hive for the honey-bee,
And live alone in the bee-loud glade.
And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight's all glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet's wings.
I will arise and go now, for always night and day
I hear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on he pavements grey.
I hear it in the deep heart's core.
